Seven-year old pupil releases gospel album

A seven-year old basic three pupil of Pritikids-Rehoboth School, Ejigbo, Favour Adaobi Enemchukwu, recently released a music album into the Nigerian entertainment market.

The budding artist whose 9-track gospel album titled ‘God’s grace’ is enjoying quality air play, praised her parents and recording company for making her realise her potentials, even as a child.

Describing the young, beautiful talent from Umudioka, Anambra State, as an epitome of hard work, her father, Mr. Joseph Enemchukwu who doubles as her manager stated that her tenacity, hard work and singleness of purpose contributed immensely to the success of the work.

Someone rightly said that life is not a bed of roses. Stories of wars, untold hardship, man’s inhumanity to man, among others bombard the airwaves daily. One wonders what would become of the generation following going by today’s terror and evil-minded men. Evil is everywhere and the articulated attempt and well-thought-out plans of great leaders and nations are not yielding enough fruits, but, in the midst of all these calamities, hope beckons, a ray of light appears.

Happiness is a choice

Cyndi Jones (not real names) is a clear picture of what every woman would love to be. What with her enviable job, good looks, comfortable lifestyle and a very caring, handsome and wealthy husband who made sure she had whatever money could buy and pampered her to no end. Little wonder she was devastated immediately after her 35^th birthday when her dear husband passed on leaving her to cater for three little children. Her world literally collapsed and the pall of gloom and loneliness overshadowed her. Without asking for it her once vibrant, vivacious lifestyle transformed overnight to a sullen, unhappy and lonesome life.

Stella was a Branch Manager of one of the third generation banks who was committed and was actually doing well or so she thought until she lost her means of livelihood and withdrew into a shell, becoming a shadow of her former self. She allowed the circumstance to get to her to the extent she lost the will to live.

Brenner Sport Club Limited, Isolo, a subsidiary of Brenner Sport Club, Germany took recently took delivery of football kits such as boots, trainers, training bibs, shin guards, long hoses and jerseys for all the age groups in the club.
