A 21-year old man was found dead Sunday morning in a pool at Demi Moor's Beverly Hills home. According to Officer Matthew Jones of the Los Angeles Police Department's west Los Angeles Divison, a call came in at about 5.30am to report the incident.
Reports said that Moore, Bruce Willis ex-wife nor any of her close family members was at home when police arrived but five people in the home were questioned by the police.
According to CNN reports, Jones said, "There was in fact a party going on at the time. Who threw the party, we do not know at this time." However, the death has been ruled an accident.
