The Nigeria Police now have a motor vehicle database which aim is to drastically stop the incidence of car theft in the country. The public will be alerted by the database and the entire police network whenever a car is stolen.
Anyone that wants to buy a car would do himself a world of good if he checks it on the database before making a purchase in order to avoid unnecessary heartaches as well as prevent thieves from selling it, thereby stopping the high rate of car theft.
Just watch out for it.
