Is Platini, Uefa boss planning to succeed Sepp Blatter?

It looks like Michel Platini, Uefa boss would be stepping into the shoes of embattled FIFA President, Sepp Blatter. Platini has been reported in most media to be favoured by a majority of world football chiefs to replace Blatter.
60-year old Platini is yet to make up his mind to run for the number one FIFA job.

Sepp Blatter announced on June 2, 2015 that he would step down. He was elected for the fifth term on May 29 as president but announced four days later he would quit the post amidst two corruption investigations.

Platini's supports are from his own confederation, Asia, South America, North and Central America and the Caribbean.
